Clover School District, January, 2025

The Mayday Project is a tremendous support to the Clover School District school social work department. This partnership allows us to quickly intervene with students and families when their needs go beyond school level support. Their funding allows us to purchase clothing, household items and other essentials. Additionally, Mayday sponsors college visitations and enrichment activities arranged by our department. The Mayday organization constantly seeks ways to provide opportunities to underprivileged students as evidence of their scholarship to trade school or two-four year institutions. We are thankful for this partnership, and their efforts have helped to streamline our service delivery.

Children's Attention Home January, 2025

We are so grateful to Mayday for their ongoing support of the Children's Attention Home and the children we serve. Mayday has helped us implement a trauma-informed model of care to better support vulnerable children and youth. Mayday has also supported our homeless teen program and independent living programs, as well as meeting emergency needs that have arisen like food, necessary furniture, and assistance with cottage maintenance and safety. It is important to our children to know that our community is invested in their wellbeing and success. Mayday has always done that and continues to be a blessing to us and our children.

York School District August, 2025

Our vision in York School District One is to learn, serve, and give as one. The Mayday Project has been an outstanding partner in assisting our families who find themselves homeless or in great need of basic necessities. Our partnership over the past several years with the Mayday Project has allowed us to meet the needs of countless students and families. We greatly appreciate the Mayday Project!



The Stellie J Jackson Enrichment Center , August, 2025

The Stellie J Jackson Enrichment Center is very grateful for having the assistance of Mayday. Within the fourteen years that we have been established, there have been families who were relieved due to Mayday’s assistance in supporting them with special needs. These families included single mothers, grandparents of low income and legal guardians. We, here at SJJEC, have witnessed a positive difference in their children whom we work with as they gained strength spiritually, morally as well as academically. With your help, their attendance was more secured. We, at times, receive feedback from them emphasizing how this learning has positively affected them. Communities working together makes a positive difference!
