Our golf tournament on October 10 at River Hills Country Club will feature an opportunity to bid on a fabulous vacation in Chile; two weeks in Vina del Mar (Vineyard of the Sea). Winter in the Carolinas is summer in Chile and that gives you an opportunity to pick the season you want to travel. Summer in Chile for the beach and beautiful coast or winter to ski in the Andes. The 3-bedroom ocean front condo is available beginning November 2022 and there is no expiration date! The condo has a master Bedroom with queen size bed and private bath, second bedroom has a full-size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom that has trundle bed that sleeps two. The condo is on the top floor (18th) and features a balcony overlooking the Pacific.

The condo is located 5 minutes from the city, restaurants beaches and shopping. The owner will meet with the high bidder over dinner at the owner’s house here in Lake Wylie to answer all questions and prepare your adventure, including city tours, wine tours, golf, skiing etc. The owner will also make arrangements for transportation to and from Santiago (about 2 hours) at very reasonable prices. Rental cars are available near the condo, public transportation is very convenient, very safe, and inexpensive. The condo does have a small washer and dryer; maid service, cooking, laundry and cleaning can be arranged at the expense of the winner.

The minimum bid is $1,000 (value is $3,500 plus). The winning bid is for two weeks (14 nights) use of the condo. All other costs are at the expense of the winning bidder(s).
